Article Image Alt Text
During the month of September the Logansport Food Bank, lovingly known as God’s Pantry, moved its location from downtown Main Street in Logansport to 1012 Gum Street (next to the old Logansport High School football field). The new location has been refurbished and supplies the food bank with more room, better parking and much better loading and unloading conditions. Trucks delivering food items no longer have to park in the street on Hwy 84, with workers being able to unload in a safer environment. Bobbie Childress and Sue Fields are both ecstatic over their new facility, and look forward to filling the new building to capacity.
